Deviled Egg With Smoked Salmon

  • 4 hard boil eggs
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • Smoked salmon
  • Fresh dill ( garnish)
  • Smoked paprika

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise and mix egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, black pepper, and salt.

    Put mixture into pastry bag and squeeze into indentations in eggs.

    Place smoked salmon slice on top of egg mixture and garnish with fresh dill and sprinkle smoked paprika on top.

    Serve immediately or cool in fridge.
