  • 4 eggs, hard-cooked and shelled
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • pepper

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks and mash with a fork.

    Then blend in mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

    Use 1 tablespoon to each half.
