- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing or half and half
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

2Slip out yolks; mash with fork.

3Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

4Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.
