- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. melted butter

1Cut eggs in halves crosswise.

2Remove yolks; mash and add cheese and seasonings.

3Add enough butter to make mixture of right consistency to shape.
