  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chilled
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. well drained pickle relish
  • paprika for garnish

Directions

    Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks; reserve whites.

    In a bowl, mash yolks until smooth.

    Combine mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper and add to yolks. Stir in onions and pickle relish.

    Spoon mixture into center of egg whites.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Refrigerate until serving.
