  • 12 hard-boiled eggs or more, peeled and cut in half
  • Gulden's mustard
  • mayonnaise
  • assorted spices

Directions

    Place egg yolks in food processor and process until fine.

    Add several spoons of mayonnaise and mustard and dash of pepper and some dill pickle juice.

    Process until smooth.

    Adjust seasoning to your taste.

    Put yolk mixture into a pastry bag with a medium tip and fill egg white halves.
