- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- salt and pepper to taste
- mayonnaise to bind together
- 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento or 2 Tbsp. chopped olives (optional)
Directions

1Shell and cut eggs in half, lengthwise.

2Remove the yolks. Sieve them and add mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper and optional items.

3Stir in enough mayonnaise to bind together.

4Pile into the hollows of the reserved egg whites.
