  • 8 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • mayonnaise to bind together
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento or 2 Tbsp. chopped olives (optional)

Directions

    Shell and cut eggs in half, lengthwise.

    Remove the yolks. Sieve them and add mustard, celery seed, salt and pepper and optional items.

    Stir in enough mayonnaise to bind together.

    Pile into the hollows of the reserved egg whites.
