- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, salad dressing or yogurt
Directions

1Cut peeled eggs lengthwise into halves.

2Slip out yolks; mash them with a fork.

3Mix in salt, mustard, pepper and mayonnaise. Fill egg whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly.

4(You may add chopped pickles or chopped olives to yolk mixture.) Arrange eggs on serving plate.

5Cover and refrigerate no longer than 24 hours.

6Serves 6.
