- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 3/4 tsp. vinegar
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. crispy finely crumbled bacon
- chopped fresh garlic
- cloves
Directions

1Slice hard-cooked eggs in half lengthwise.

3Mash yolks with fork and combine with dry ingredients first, then add wet ingredients second.

4Blend well and add additional mayonnaise, if mixture not creamy enough texture.
