  • 1 lb. sliced liver
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. bacon grease
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. bread crumbs, crushed *

    Marinate liver 1/2 to 3/4 hour or overnight.

    Dip in bread crumbs and fry in bacon grease.
