- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked
- 10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sharp cheese, cubed or shredded
- 1/4 c. green pepper or pimiento
- 2 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
Directions

1Combine macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings and cheese.

2Mix well. Spoon half into greased casserole.

3Add layer of sliced eggs.

4Top with remaining mixture.

5Mix bread crumbs and butter.

6Sprinkle over top.

7Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

8Garnish with remaining egg slices.
