  • 3 (3 ounce.) cans deviled ham
  • 1/2 pound lean grnd beef
  • 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. finely minced onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice

    Heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Mix first 6 ingredients thoroughly.

    Shape into balls and place side by side in 9 x 13 inch pan.

    Bake 40 min.

    Combine 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1 Tbsp.

    cornstarch in saucepan.

    Add in 1 c. pineapple juice and 1/3 c. vinegar.

    Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened.

    Pour into chafing dish.

    Add in cooked meatballs.
