  • 16 to 20 mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 slices toast, cubed fine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. beef or chicken broth

Directions

    Saute onion in butter until soft (5 minutes).

    Add bread crumbs, seasonings and soy sauce.

    Fill mushroom caps.

    Place in 350° oven for 15 minutes.
