- 3 or 4 Tbsp. flour
- 3 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt to taste
- dash of celery salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown onions.

2Brown steak separately.

3Cover steak with dry ingredients which have been made thin enough with vinegar to pour on.

4Then finish covering steak with enough water to finish filling skillet.

5Allow to simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
