Ingredients
- 2 lb. round steak, tenderized
- 1/2 tsp. Accent
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. chili powder
- 2 c. tomato sauce (one 15 oz. can)
- 1/4 c. flour
- salt and pepper
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small bell pepper
- 2 c. crushed tomatoes (one 14.5 oz. can)
Directions

1Flour, salt, pepper and Accent steak pieces; fry in hot oil until brown, but not done.

2Remove from skillet.

3Add onion and bell pepper; saute.

4Mix remaining ingredients and return steak to skillet.

5Pour mixture over steak and stir.

6Cover tightly and simmer approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

7Add a little water if needed during cooking.

8Serve over rice.
