  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 lb. round steak
  • salt to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

    Brown in fat in skillet.

    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until steak is tender.
