Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. instant beef bouillon granules
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef bottom round steak, cut 1-inch thick
- 2 (4 oz.) cans whole mushrooms, drained
Directions

1In small bowl, combine flour, mustard and pepper.

2Sprinkle half of the flour mixture over one side of steak; cover with plastic wrap.

3In large skillet, brown steak on both sides in hot oil.

4Drain off fat; combine water, Worcestershire sauce and bouillon granules.

5Pour over steak; spread mushrooms over steak. Bring to boiling.

6Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
