- 12 ounces unsweetened blueberries, thawed
- 3/8 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 teaspoons artificial sweetener
Directions

1In a heavy saucepan bring blueberries and 1/4 cup water to a boil. Cover.

2Reduce heat and simmer til berries are soft.

3Dissolve cornstarch in remaining water.

4Add to blueberries and stir until jam thickens.

5Remove from heat.

6Cool slightly.

7Add artificial sweetener.

8Mix.

9Serve warm or chilled.
