- 1/2 c. dates, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. prunes, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick soft margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbsp. sugar substitute (Sweet 'N Low, 8 pkg.)
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions

1Stew dates, raisins, prunes and water and have hot.

2Stir in soft margarine.

3Add flour, baking soda, salt, eggs, vanilla and sugar substitute.

4Add nuts.

5Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

6Pour into 7 x 11-inch or 9-inch square pan.
