Ingredients
- 1 (13 oz.) evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- dash of salt
- 2 1/2 c. unsweetened cereal crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Directions

1Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan; cook and beat over low heat until cocoa is dissolved.

2Add butter, sugar replacement, salt and vanilla.

3Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes.

4Remove from heat; add cereal crumbs and work in with a wooden spoon.

5Cool 15 minutes.

6Divide in half.

7Roll each half into a tube 8-inches long.

8Roll each tube in chopped nuts.

9Wrap in waxed paper.

10Chill overnight.

11Cut into 1/4-inch slices.
