Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 ice cubes (or more for thick shake)
  • 1/2 cup milk (2% or skim)
  • 6 pkg. Equal
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 banana or 1/2 c. fruit of your choice, optional
