Ingredients
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 sq. baking chocolate
- 1 c. chopped apple
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Chop raisins and boil water and raisins for 5 minutes in a 2-quart pan.

2Remove from heat and add apples, chocolate and margarine.

3When mixture is cool, stir in flour, baking powder and soda.

4Add egg, liquid sweetener (Sweet 10) and vanilla.

5Beat 1 minute by hand and stir in nuts.

6Bake in 9 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°.

7Cut into pieces, wrap and store in freezer. Contains 175 calories per piece.
