  • 1 can unsweetened apples
  • 1/2 c cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • 7 small pkg Equal
  • 2 frozen pie shells

Directions

    Place undrained apples in dish. Slice up most of the butter and place it in dish with apples. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and cinnamon. Mix well and microwave for 2 more minutes. Add Equal and mix thoroughly. Place mixture in one pie shell. Use other shell to form a top crust. Pick top with fork and place pats of butter on top of pie. Bake in 400° oven for 20 min.
