- 2 whole skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1 small can pineapple chunks (optional)
Directions

1Saute the carrots, onion and green pepper in water.

2Let water boil down until mixture browns slightly.

3Add the remaining ingredients, except pineapple chunks.

4Simmer for 45 minutes.

5The pineapple chunks may be added the last 5 minutes of cooking.
