- 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 8 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze out juice
- 8 oz. box frozen French green beans, thawed and drained
- 8 oz. tomato sauce
- 4 oz. low calorie cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese (low-fat)
- Italian seasoning
- dry onion
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain.

2Add Italian seasoning, dry onion and tomato sauce.

3Mix cottage cheese and egg.

4Put spinach in a 9-inch pie pan.

5Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 of meat mixture and 1/2 of cottage cheese and egg mixture.

6Add 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.

7Put beans over cheese and add rest of meat mixture, then rest of cottage cheese and egg.

8Add 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese.

9Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let set 15 minutes before serving.
