- 2 cans biscuits
- 1 beaten egg white
- 1/2 c. Ragu sauce
- 3 1/2 oz. ground turkey
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 small onion
- 1/4 c. canned mushrooms
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Ragu sauce
- 1 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Press biscuits into Pam sprayed pan.

2Brush with egg white. Preheat oven to 400° and bake until brown.

3Over this add 1/2 cup Ragu sauce, ground turkey, oregano, salt, onion, mushrooms and bell pepper.

4Add another 1/4 cup Ragu sauce, Mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
