- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 3 Tbsp. skimmed milk
- cottage cheese (low-fat))
- 1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
- 1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Directions

1Remove mushroom stems; chop fine.

2Saute stems and scallions in corn oil.

3Add cottage cheese and bread crumbs.

4Stuff caps. Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes.
