  • 1/4 c. chopped scallions
  • 3 Tbsp. skimmed milk
  • cottage cheese (low-fat))
  • 1/2 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs

Directions

    Remove mushroom stems; chop fine.

    Saute stems and scallions in corn oil.

    Add cottage cheese and bread crumbs.

    Stuff caps. Bake in a 425° oven for 10 minutes.
