- 5 to 6 c. diced leftover turkey (wild turkey works well)
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 c. bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. broth or milk
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Arrange turkey in large baking dish. Melt butter; saute crumbs, celery and onion. Add salt, baking powder, pepper and poultry seasoning. Beat egg and combine with broth or milk. Add to crumbs. Pour over turkey; spread soup over top. Sprinkle with additional buttered bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serves 10 to 12.
