- 8 chicken breasts, skinned
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. herb stuffing mix
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

1Melt butter.

2Combine mayonnaise and mustard.

3Mix together in shallow bowl.

4Dip chicken in liquid, coating evenly.

5Roll chicken in herb stuffing mix.

6Preheat oven to 325°.

7Bake, foil covered, for 70 minutes at 325°.

8Bake, uncovered, an additional 10 to 20 minutes.
