- 6 chicken breasts (either boneless or with bone but remove skin)
- salt and pepper
- 14 cup Dijon mustard
- 13 cup plain yogurt
- 12 cup fine fresh breadcrumb
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper.

2Mix mustard into yogurt.

3In another bowl, mix bread crumbs, thyme, salt and pepper.

4Spread each piece of chicken with mustard mixture, then roll in bread crumbs.

5Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet.

6Bake at 350 45-50 minutes for bone-in chicken.

730-35 minutes for boneless chicken.
