- 1 c. melted butter
- 1/3 c. Grey Poupon mustard
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry (optional)
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, split
- 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix first four ingredients.

2Dip chicken in mixture, then in bread crumbs to coat.

3Place on ungreased baking sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.

5Bring remaining dip mixture to a boil.

6Stir until smooth.

7Serve as sauce. Makes 4 servings.
