Dill & Cheddar Beer Bread

- 3 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
- 1 cup Finely Grated Cheddar
- 1 bottle Beer (alcoholic Or Non-alcoholic), 12 Oz
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Grease a bread pan.

3In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

4Mix in dill weed and cheddar.

5Slowly stir in beer and mix just until combined. Mixture will be pretty thick.

6Spread mix into the greased bread pan and smooth the top.

7Bake for 45 minutes.

8If you want to use the butter, brush it on top 10 minutes before baking time is up.

9Let bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool for 10 minutes more.

10Incredible when served thickly sliced with butter.
