- 2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 Tbsp. buttermilk (skim)
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. imitation mayonnaise or 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Mix in blender the first 3 ingredients until smooth; add remaining ingredients.

2Chill until very cold.

3Serve in hollowed out red cabbage (flatten bottom by slicing off a piece so it will sit straight).

4Surround with fresh vegetables on a large platter. Makes 3 cups; 1/4 cup = 66 calories.
