- 4 Tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1Mix the first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.

2Remove from blender and add next 5 ingredients; mix well.

3Chill until very cold.
