Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 dash garlic
  • 16 oz. tomatoes (can)
  • 6 oz. tomato paste
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 12 oz. Kraft low moisture Mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)

Directions

    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

    Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender, about 3 minutes.

    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, oregano and pepper.

    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

    Layer half the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese in an 11 x 7-inch dish.

    Repeat layers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
