- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion
- 1 dash garlic
- 16 oz. tomatoes (can)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 12 oz. Kraft low moisture Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
Directions

1Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

2Add onion and garlic. Saute until tender, about 3 minutes.

3Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, oregano and pepper.

4Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

5Layer half the noodles, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese, Velveeta and Parmesan cheese in an 11 x 7-inch dish.

6Repeat layers.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
