Ingredients

  • 3 heads dill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pickling spice
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 qt. white vinegar
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. alum

Directions

    To each quart jar of cucumbers, add dill, garlic, pickling spice and alum.

    Bring vinegar, water and salt to a boil.
  3. 3
    Pour over cucumbers, seal and process in water bath for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy!
