- 1 peck small cucumbers
- stalks of dill, garlic and hot pepper
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 1/2 qt. water
- 3/4 c. plain salt
Directions

1Wash and soak cucumbers in cold water.

2Leave overnight. About noon the next day dry and pack in jars.

3Put in stalks of dill, garlic and hot pepper.

4To vinegar add water and salt. Bring to boiling point and pour over cucumbers; seal.

5To make lids seal, put jars in a large container and cover with water. Heat to hot; don't boil.

6Let stand 5 minutes.
