Ingredients

  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. salt
  • cukes
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • dill weed (or 2 to 3 tsp. dill seed and 1 tsp. dill weed)

Directions

    Heat first 3 ingredients to boiling.

    In clean sterilized jars, put cukes, dry mustard, garlic and dill weed.

    Pour boiling vinegar mixture over cukes; seal!!!

    Do not open for 6 to 8 weeks.
