  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 2 qt. water
  • 1 c. canning salt
  • 2 doz. cucumbers (6-inches long)
  • dill blossoms
  • garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed (to each jar)

Directions

    Slice cucumbers into spears.

    Bring liquids and salt to boil. Pack jars with cucumbers.

    Add dill blossoms, garlic cloves and 1/2 teaspoon dill weed to each jar.

    Pour liquid into jars.

    Seal and let set.
