- 8 oz. yellow squash
- 1/4 c. reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Trim ends from green beans.

2Cut squash into matchstick size pieces about 3 inches long.

3Cook beans in small amount lightly salted boiling water in covered saucepan for 3 minutes.

5Cook 2 minutes longer or until beans are tender.
