Dilled Salmon Pie

- 2 c. soft bread crumbs (2 1/2 slices)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained and finely flaked
- packaged instant mashed potatoes (to equal 4 servings)
- 1 egg
- Dill Sauce
Directions

1Combine bread crumbs, milk, the beaten egg, onion, butter or margarine and salt until crumbs are moistened. Add salmon and mix thoroughly. Turn into a greased 8-inch pie plate.

2Prepare instant potatoes according to package directions, omitting milk. Beat in the remaining egg.

3Spoon around edge of pie.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve wedges with warm Dill Sauce.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
