- 1 -2 teaspoon salt
- 4 sprigs fresh dill
- 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 lemon, sliced
Directions

1Bring 1 quart water to a boil with salt and dill.

2Lower heat, add shrimp and let simmer 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat, add lemon and let shrimp cool without draining.

4When cool, pour off liquid and chill shrimp in refrigerator.
