- 2 lb. trimmed green beans
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 heads dill
- 1/4 c. salt
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Pack beans, lengthwise, into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace.

2To each pint, add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 head dill.

3Combine remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Pour boiling hot ingredients over beans, leaving 1/4 inch head space.

4Remove air bubbles.

5Adjust caps.

6Process pints and quarts 10 minutes in boiling water bath.

7Yields about 4 pints.
