- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 3 c. vinegar
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Wash beans; snap ends off.

2Stick them in canning jars whole with dill on bottom of jar.

3Heat vinegar and water with spices. Boil 2 to 3 minutes.

4Pour liquid over beans, leaving air space at top of jar.

5Seal.

6Put jars in boiling water to cover.

7Leave 1 hour.

8Makes 4 pints.
