- 2 lb. green beans
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 heads dill
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. pickling salt
- 4 tsp. sugar
Directions

1Pack beans in pint jars and leave 1/4 inch space to each jar, add 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1 clove garlic and 1 dill head.

2Combine ingredients of water, vinegar, pickling salt and sugar.

3Bring to a boil.

4Pour over beans.

5Process 10 minutes in boiling water.

6Let stand 2 weeks before tasting.
