- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 2 c. cooked lentils
- 1 egg, beaten
- dash of salt to taste
Directions

1Blend cheese, walnuts and crumbs* in blender.

2Brown celery, onion and lentils in 1/4 cup soy oil.

3Add all ingredients together and place in greased loaf pan.

4Top with catsup if desired.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
