Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 Tbsp. powdered onion
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Heat to lukewarm the cottage cheese and butter.

3Add yeast to lukewarm cottage cheese mixture. Mix all dry ingredients together.

4Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture to form a soft dough.

5Place in bowl in warm place; let rise to double in bulk (about an hour).

6Punch down and place in greased loaf pan.

7Let rise a second time for about 30 minutes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
