  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

    In skillet, heat oil, add tomatoes; cook over med heat, turning once so they brown on both sides.

    Add garlic; cook stirring gently 15-20 SECONDS until garlic is golden brown; watch it doesn't burn.

    Stir in vinegar and water; cook, basting constantly 3 minutes until liquid has evaporated.
