- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. dill seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle dry yeast over warm water.

2Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm.

3Combine in mixing bowl with sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast mixture.

4Add flour to form a stiff dough beating well after each addition.

5Cover; let rise in warm place 50 to 60 minutes.

6Stir down dough.

7Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

8Let rise in warm place until light 30 to 40 minutes.

9Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

10Brush with butter and salt.
