- 6 whole Carrots, Cut Into Two Inch Pieces
- Filtered Water
Directions

1Place the smashed garlic cloves, fresh dill, sea salt and carrots into a 1-quart mason jar (or other quart sized container with a lid that fits snugly).

2Fill to within one inch of the top with filtered water.

3Place at room temperature for up to four days.

4Then refrigerate for up to 10 months!
