  • 3 cloves Garlic, Smashed
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 2 Tablespoons Sea Salt
  • 6 whole Carrots, Cut Into Two Inch Pieces
  • Filtered Water

Directions

    Place the smashed garlic cloves, fresh dill, sea salt and carrots into a 1-quart mason jar (or other quart sized container with a lid that fits snugly).

    Fill to within one inch of the top with filtered water.

    Place at room temperature for up to four days.
  4. 4
    Then refrigerate for up to 10 months!
